Two Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos – This spiced, south of the border appetizer, is simple and unique. We started with one of a kind jalapeno peppers, hollowed them out and stuffed them with a zippy blend of hot pork sausage, biscuit mix, and cheddar and monteray jack cheese. Slightly breaded for a classic, crispy finish, this is a large size recipe.
